This featured drain is a repair and cleaning that our team completed in Vestavia, Alabama. This customer had drains installed when the house was built, however they had never been maintained. After a camera inspection and running the hydro jetter, we discovered that the pipes were full of tree roots and mulch and the end of the pipes were actually buried so no water could flow out of them. We then used our locator to determine the exact location of the pipe and dug up a small section of the yard. We were then able to replace a damaged section of pipe and clean out the drain and remove all of the tree roots. Afterwards we fixed the yard and had another happy customer with a working set of drains. This could have been prevented with a yearly maintenance on the drains.
